They are now looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to bolster the commercial team and support the next phase of growth.

In this role you will be running multiple projects on your own, ensuring they are delivered to budget and timescales. You will also control the procurement of subcontractors and materials, manage subcontractors, meet clients and attend site meetings. This role will be primarily office-based with the need to travel to sites regularly.

Therefore, the ideal candidate for this role will have experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will enjoy working in a close-knit environment with a desire to play an integral part in the business’s success.

* Managing multiple projects from conception to completion
