The Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a diverse caseload, including:
* Sales and purchases (both freehold and leasehold)
* Re-mortgage transactions
* Shared ownership deals
* New build purchases
* Transfers of equity
From instruction through to completion, you will provide a high standard of client care.
Requirements
To be successful in this residential conveyancing role, you must have:
* A minimum of 18 months experience in independently managing your own conveyancing files
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
* Strong organisational skills, capable of prioritising tasks in a busy environment
* Exceptional team collaboration and communication abilities
