Key Responsibilities:
* Managing patent applications and formalities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines
* Coordinating with attorneys, clients and international patent offices
* Maintaining and updating patent records and databases
* Preparing and filing necessary documents and correspondence
* Monitoring and processing incoming communications related to patent matters
Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a patent formalities department
* CIPA qualification is highly desirable
* Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in patent management software and Microsoft Office Suite
