Client Service Specialist
Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are partnered with a leading Employee Benefits consultancy that are continuing their growth across the business but specifically within their Corporate Healthcare division.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Supporting consultants with their healthcare schemes
* Being the point of contact for client queries and resolving any issues they may have
* Processing renewals and liaising with insurers to collate quotes for their client
Essential Criteria:
* Strong knowledge and understanding of UK PMI, Dental schemes, Cash Plans, Health Screening and Travel schemes.
* Employee Benefits Administration experience
* CII IF7 qualified, preferred but the business supports training towards this.
