AS A TEACHING ASSISTANT YOU WILL:. · Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons. . · Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to provide tailored assistance. . · Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment. . · Assist with administrative tasks and preparation of teaching materials. . · Encourage and motivate students to achieve their full potential.. . THE SUCCESSFUL TEACHING ASSISTANT WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:. Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable but not essential. Training will be provided for the right candidate. . A minimum of GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent). Additional relevant qualifications are a plus. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and a genuine interest in education. . Eligibility to work in the UK. . Salary paid to scale - GBP90- GBP100 per day Fringe pay, depending on experience.. .
