The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will manage a varied caseload, including:
* Sales and Purchases of business premises
* Transactions involving agricultural land
* Buying and selling of registered and unregistered land
* Commercial Landlord and Tenant lease matters
Candidate Profile:
* The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in Commercial Property Law
* Must be local to or able to commute to Barnsley
