Job Description:
Are you organized, friendly, and great at multitasking? Our client is currently searching for a Part-Time Customer Service Administrator to join their team based in Fareham!
Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries via phone and manage the email inbox.
* Greet customer walk in’s and assist with their queries.
* Raising invoices and inputting data onto the database.
* Perform administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills
* Basic computer proficiency
* Prior customer service experience is a plus
Hours:
* Part time 18 hours per week, Monday , Wednesday and Friday 09.00 - 15.00
* Temp - Perm.
Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: £12.11 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
