4Leisure Recruitment are working exclusively with The Royal Parks, London. We are recruiting Lifeguards for the Boating & Swimming provision, at Hyde Park Boat House (Boating), The Regents Park (Boating), Greenwich Park (Boating), and Serpentine Lido (Swimming).
As a Lifeguard, you will champion health and safety whilst providing bather and user supervision. You will proactively ensure appropriate customer behaviour during use of the lido and boating services. You will be required to undertake all day-to-day cleaning, maintenance and remedial work of relevant equipment and fittings to the highest possible standard. Working collaboratively as part of the venue operations team on a shift rota basis, you will ensure the efficient and effective operation of the facility, whilst providing operational support in all areas to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will also ensure the safe embarking and disembarking from the boat fleet and drive the safety boats in the boating lakes.
On offer is an hourly rate of £13.90. This is a fixed term or casual position, running from March through to October 2024, you may have the option of being re-employed and returning in March 2025. The Royal Parks offers employees industry leading benefits, with just some of those listed below;
