This role is for a Business Support Administrator in the Professional Services industry, based in Manchester.

The key responsibilities of an Business Support Administrator candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
* Supporting the efficient running of the office by managing administrative tasks.
* Being the front of house receptionist
* Facilitating communication between various departments.
* Organising and maintaining files and records.
* Creation of Project Profiles and CV’s for technical staff
* Supporting with charity work, "lunch and learns" and social events
* Providing support in the preparation of reports and presentations.
* Handling inquiries and directing them appropriately.
* Arranging meeting, meeting rooms and lunches.
Profile
A successful ’Business Support Administrator’ should have:
* A strong educational background with a focus on business administration.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Capability to multitask and prioritise work.
* Ability to commute to Manchester.
