We are supporting various clients within Edinburgh & Central Scotland who are undergoing exciting transformation and expanding their teams and recruiting for Care Home Managers. 
If you are an experienced Care Home Manager in need of a change or taking the next leap in your career, this could be the role for you! 
Duties include but are not limited to: 
* overseeing the day to day running of a care service
* strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others
* the ability to think strategically to develop your organisation
* good project managem
* eading and managing staff so they can perform their roles safely and to the best of their ability
* managing budgets and contracts
* making strategic decisions about the future and growth of the care service.
* leading on specific projects or clinical areas, for example setting up a new care service.
Specific skills for this role include:
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others
* The ability to think strategically to develop your organisation
* Good project management and organisational skills.
* Experience within the Care and Support sector in the UK is essential.
* SSSC registered
* SVQ2 or equivalent - essential
