We are recruiting a Senior HR Advisor 12 month Fixed Term Contract for a leading independent video developer and publisher. Based in Cambridge. You will join an established HR team, working in partnership with managers to develop people solutions that help them achieve business objectives, also working very closely with the Head of HR to develop the organisational and people capabilities.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and CIPD qualified. You will be an experienced HR Generalist who has worked in complex organisations with multiple stakeholders, as well experience of managing business restructures and change initiatives and lower level employee relations case work. The organisation is looking for a leadership role model for the HR team, staff and managers and for someone with a ’can do’ attitude with an excellent customer service ethos.
