Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and advise on a variety of corporate transactions
* Collaborate with clients, internal teams and external advisers
* Support business development and client relationship efforts
* Contribute to team growth and development
Requirements:
* A senior solicitor/associate with 2-6 years’ PQE in corporate finance
* Candidates with less direct experience but strong potential and enthusiasm for the field are also welcome
Skills and Attributes:

* Proactive, eager to learn and able to work independently or as part of a team
