We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager for an organisation in Cambridge.
This role involves developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns, managing a high-performing team, and enhancing our digital presence to achieve student recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign Management: Lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for adult and community courses, higher education, and commercial offerings.
* Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team including a Graphic Designer, Web & Digital Marketing Executive, and Marketing Apprentice.
* Digital Excellence: Optimize our website and digital platforms for SEO and user experience.
* Content Creation: Develop engaging content and manage internal marketing requests.
Criteria:
* Degree or equivalent, CIM/IDM qualification or substantial relevant experience.
* Expertise in digital and social media marketing.
