Job Description:
Newstaff are currently recruiting for a reliable Sous Chef for our client in Liverpool.
* 14th & 15th August 
* 0600-1400
* £18 per hour
* Liverpool, Bootle L20
Main duties:
* participates in and supervises the preparation and cooking of food accordance with established recipe cards and methods
* has desire to be trained to cover other sections of the Kitchen as decided by the Head Chef
* ensures all dishes are correctly garnished before being sent to revelant outlets
* ensures that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner
* ensures work area is kept clean, hygienic and organised
* ensure that all equipment/ untensils in the section are correctly handled and maintained
* to deal with guest comments and complaints in a constructive and empathetic manner
Ideal candidate should be fully aware and comply with:
* Health and Hygiene Policy and Procedures
* Food Hygiene Regulations
* Health and Safety Procedures
* Current Licensing Regulations
* Methodf of payment
* Maintains a safe and hygienic work enviroment
