Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a HR Advisor based in Worcester. This is a contract role working full time hours.
The job:
* To provide a HR Advice and support in relation absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organisational change and the range of employment and employee relations matters.
* To develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with managers, partners, colleagues and union representatives, establishing professional credibility.
* To lead on the management of casework, relating to discipline, grievance, sickness absence. This includes advice and support to managers, liaising with Occupational Health, case review meetings, and dismissal decision hearings.
* To support the development and maintenance of a performance management culture within the Directorate.
* To drive performance and attainment of HR KPI’s for casework, sickness absence and change activity.
The candidate:
* Previous experience in a HR position
* Considerable experience of providing business-focused, pragmatic HR advice
* CIPD qualified or working towards
* A thorough knowledge of Human Resources practice and procedures
