Practice Supervisor, £40ph, Adult Safeguarding, Oxfordshire
Pertemps are recruiting for a qualified and highly experienced Practice Supervisor to join the Adult Safeguarding team. This role incorporates hybrid working with 3 days per week in the office at either Abingdon or Banbury.

Duties:
* Staff supervision
* Decision maker in Safeguarding Adults Triage
* Carrying out sec 42 enquiries
* Supervising staff win their roles eg: triaging, enquiries etc
* Deputising for Team Manager as required
* Attendance at MAPPA and MARAC and any other relevant meetings
* Chairing Strategy Meetings and Case conferences
* Performance management of team and its work
Requirements:
* Line management or supervisory experience in statutory setting
* At least 2 years practitioner experience within adult social services
* Best Interest Assessor, Approved Mental Health Professional or Practice Educator (or commitment to train as one)
* SWE registered
