Job Description:
Elevation Recruitment Group- Business Support Division are delighted to be exclusively partnered with Aesseal in their search for a Personal Assistant to join them on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting for a Personal Assistant opportunity to support the Group MD. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication
skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. This critical role ensures the smooth operation of the directorate office, involving liaising with senior directors, board members, and other stakeholders.

As a Personal Assistant your role will vary however the core duties include:
* Managing multiple calendars
* Scheduling meetings
* Organising conferences
* Preparing agendas
* Creating reports, presentations, and other documents
* Planning company events
* Occasional Personal tasks
* Act as the primary point of contact between the GMD and internal/external stakeholders.
* Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and prioritising urgent matters.

To be successful in this position of Personal Assistant you will have extensive PA/EA experience ideally within a global organisation. You can demonstrate your attention to detail and organisation skills.
