You will be responsible for supervising classes during teachers short-term absences, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
You will have a good level of English and Maths, as well as experience of working with groups of students, ideally in a school setting. You will be a resourceful and flexible person with a positive mind set, with the ability to inspire students and remain calm under pressure. You will need be self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being an effective team member.

Responsibilities:
* Distributing/collecting work and providing explanations to the class.
* Ensuring students remain focused during lessons.
* Adhering to the school’s Behaviour Policy for effective classroom management.
* Communicating efficiently with students and colleagues.
Requirements:
* Passion for Education.
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
* Legal right to work in the UK.
* CV covering the last 10 years of education/employment history, with any breaks explained.
