Starting in ASAP on a full time & long term basis. Pay up to GBP95/day. . . SEN Teaching Assistant at a secondary SEN school. . Starting ASAP on a full time basis, Mon to Fri. . Opportunity to turn permanent for the right person. . Hours are 9:30am - 3:30pm. . Pay up to GBP95/day depending on exp. . . As the new SEN Teaching Assistant you will need to support young people with Autism & Complex Needs. . You will need to work as a team to manage challenging situations and make progress with your pupils. . Often 1:1 support will be required as well . Sometimes personal care or moving & handling tasks will be needed. . Pupils respond well to motivation, encouragement & positive reinforcement . The school caters for children aged 11-18. . Aim for all pupils, regardless of background or ability to be successful and valued. . Collaborative and inclusive team environment. . Easily accessible by bus or car. . .
