Account Executive
Location: Knaresorough
Salary: OTE £50,000 (uncapped)
Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be recruiting an Account Executive for a leading finance broker specialising in high end and prestige vehicles. A highly regarded business within the industry alongside a fantastic company culture and ethos.
The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in new business development alongside nurturing existing relationships. A clear progression plan is put in place with a fantastic onboarding process. This candidate will join an energetic, driven team and be key in achieving the goals set out by the company.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships through rapport building skills, sales capabilities and knowledge of the automotive market
* Identifying the best funding option for your clients individual needs and requirements, advising through your expertise of market
* Consistently exceeding your clients expectations, leaving a lasting impression on them to ensure repeat custom
* Working in a close knit team to optimise success, drive the business forward through expert negotiation skills
Skills & Requirements
* A hunter mentality with drive, determination and resilience
* A track record of exceeding targets and growing new business opportunities
* Two years experience in the automotive industry in essential
* A focused individual who thrives working in a team environment
