Commercial Finance Manager 

Axon Moore are supporting an exciting PE backed Financial Services business in sourcing a high calibre, commercially focused Finance Manager to join the Manchester team. After receiving PE funding last year, our client are embarking on a signficiant growth journey of which you will be the commercial lead alongside a well renowned CFO. As Commercial FM, you will be taking ownership of delivering high quality MI to the board including the PE investors whilst supporting strategic decision making. Please note, we will only consider those with Financial Services experience at this stage.

Salary - £70,000 - £75,000 + 15% Bonus

Location – Manchester, 3 days per week on site 

Main duties as Commercial Finance Manager 
* Providing commercial analysis to the CFO and investors to support strategic decisions
* Acting as true business partner to operations to drive growth and profitibility 
* Supporting company financial model and 5 year plan
* Forecasting and budgeting
* Presenting financial results to the wider business and stakeholders
* Developing the monthly board pack including variance analysis
* Strong market awareness to recognise external business opportunities

Person Specification

* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
* Experience within financial services is a must
* Excellent people skills
* Strong business partnering skills
* Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders
