We are looking for a Technical Support Officer within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector to provide top-notch secretarial and business support.

Description
The key responsibilities of a Technical Support Officer candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
* Provide first-line technical support to team members.
* Direct contact with supplier to request information for schemes.
* Prepare and maintain all technical documentation.
* Raise potential issues of non-compliance to Customer Technical Manager.
* Develop and maintain database of raw material and customer compliance to schemes.
* Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Profile
A successful Technical Support Officershould have:
* Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Willingness to learn new skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Proficiency in technical support software and tools.
* A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
* Ability to commute to Middleton.
