Graduate tutor . . We are working with a SEMH secondary school in Chorlton, who require Maths and English tutors to work with pupils from challenging backgrounds. The role will start in September and will continue into next year. . . You will be responsible for supporting pupils 1:1 and with small groups delivering intervention sessions in maths where you will provide intensive support to small groups of learners. You will formulate a superb understanding of the curriculum at KS3 & 4 Maths., which will bode well for their future studies. Degree in Psychology, or a relevant degree such as Maths, English, Health and Social Care and/or Sociology . Previous experience working with young people (which we can reference) desirable but not essential . Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (essential, we can provide the training) . Up to date Prevent awareness training issued in the last 3 years (essential, we can provide the training) . up to date behaviour management training (desirable, we can provide training) .
