Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st and 2nd line support for a variety of IT issues.
* Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to IT hardware, servers, Office 365, and Windows.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and technical issues.
* Perform regular maintenance and updates on client systems.
* Collaborate with senior engineers and other team members to address complex issues.
* Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of support requests and resolutions.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a 1st/2nd line support role.
* Strong knowledge of IT hardware, servers, Office 365, and Windows.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
