Finance Manager - VC backed FinTech Payments
6 Month FTC
£70-75K
Central London Based (
Hybrid)
Start Date: ASAP
Talentedge are working with a growing VC backed FinTech payments business, that are in need of an experienced Finance Manager to join their team on a 6-month FTC to cover a period of maternity leave. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the central finance function within the company, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with FCA regulatory requirements.
* Oversee AP/AR function
* Ownership of the month-end close proccess
* Manage the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure accuracy and align with business strategy
* Prepare statutory accounts and manage the external audit
The ideal candidate will have:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with 2+ years PQE.
* Previous experience working in a FinTech/FCA regulated environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent Excel skills
