Here you would be working with an award-winning brokerage in Edinburgh, who currently has a vacancy for an employed Mortgage and Protection Advisor.
This opportunity would be perfect if you’re keen to be a bit busier, and be able to help more clients.
You’ll have admin support as well, no need to be on hold with lenders for hours a day.
You will need experience for this one, advising for at least a year in broking or banking.

What will you be doing?
* Offer professional and impartial mortgage & protection advice
* Advise on life cover, critical illness cover, income cover and family income benefit ensuring customers are fully protected
* Provide excellent customer service, guiding customers through their mortgage journey
* Maintain comprehensive market knowledge and adhere to relevant compliance requirements and FCA regulations
* Liaise with lenders, estate agents, introducers and solicitors when required to ensure a smooth process for the customer from start to finish

About You:
* Ambitious, confident, and proactive
* Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
* At least 1 year experience providing regulated mortgage advice
* Full CeMAP or CII qualification or equivalent
