THE COMPANY

Hybrid: Working in a HYBRID role (1 to 2 days working from home and the rest of the time working from an office in Watford)
Flexi Hrs: Full time hrs 37.5hrs. However, there is a bit of flexibility on what time you start and leave each day as long as you work a total of 7.5hrs each day (7.5hrs X 5 days = 37.5hrs per week)
Location: In your working from the office days, you will work from a corporate Head Office location in Watford. Parking will be provided.

THE ROLE

Responsible for:

SUMMARY: We are looking for an experienced property admin type candidate for this role.
You will be working as part of a team, dealing with admin relating to the various properties that this organisation own/lease
* Answering and dealing with incoming telephone calls and e-mails regarding the companies properties
* Liaising with internal and external representatives - including sub contractors and external representatives
* Deal with landlord admin queries, lease admin, property admin insurance and admin council tax type activities and queries
* Updating the database paying great attention to detail
* Running, creating and amending reports
* Building relationships with landlords and internal company representatives.
*** ESSENTIAL***
* Please only apply, if you have had some experience in dealing with admin for properties, such as property rentals, property lease agreements, conveyancing etc
* It is also essential that you are a confident user of Excel
