Job Description:
Sought after, expanding MEDIA Organisation
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an extremely well known MEDIA organisation that is expanding rapidly. This company have an exceptionally low turnover of staff, proving what a great employer and organisation they are to work for.
Location: Not far from Battersea train station.
On-Site: The majority of the time, you would work from beautiful corporate offices, Monday to Friday. However, at times you will occasionally be able to work from home depending on diary commitments.
Hours: Working Monday to Friday, 37.5hrs per week
ESSENTIAL:
* You will need to have fairly recent admin experience including organising, coordinating and documenting admin activities (ie: organising for maintenance work to be carried out in an office environment) as well as good word and excel skills.
* Must have worked from an office in an admin based role previously
Responsibilities include:
* Overseeing a fairly busy email inbox
* Dealing with a variety of admin tasks relating to the running of the office.
* Organising and coordinating meetings
* Dealing with Health & Safety admin.
* Organising for repairs to be carried out in the office.
* Filing and photocopying
* Answering the phone and dealing with queries.
* Updating the database.
* Type general correspondence
IMPORTANT
