Job Description:
Pure are pleased to be working with a fast growing company based in Upminster who are looking for a experience Operations helpdesk Administrator on a temporary basis ongoing for 6 weeks.

You must be self motivated and be able to pick systems up quickly.

Main Duties: 
* Accurately updating purchase order records to confirm timely receipt of goods or services
* Data Entry
* Support subcontractors and suppliers in the correct use of processes and systems
* General administration duties 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
* Strong administrative background
* Data entry skills 
* Must be a quick learner
* Must be able to driver due to location
* Experience of working in a fast pace environment
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Ability to operate specialist software
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Good analytical skills and deadline driven
* Deliver tasks with a high degree of accuracy
* Excellent organisational skills
