Job Description:
My Middlesbrough based client is seeking an experienced Financial Coordinator to join their dynamic finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reconcile various accounts, including credit cards
* Raise sales invoices
* Record journals
* Create reports and update internal Excel spreadsheets monthly
* Count and reconcile petty cash each month
* Create job cost reports
* Carry out payment runs
* Manage VAT returns
* Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts
* Utilise in-house systems - CIS Pegasus & Sage 200
Requirements:
* Previous relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry
* AAT Level 3 qualification or higher
* Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and outstanding organisational abilities
