* Work closely with team members to ensure recruitment goals are met.
* Lead recruitment projects and initiatives to improve efficiency.
* Collaborate with various departments to understand their recruitment needs.
* Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to key stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with public sector recruitment regulations.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the recruitment team.
* Your responsibilities will span from managing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
* Supporting the Manager in strategic initiatives.
* Be a key player in establishing the full service offering and ensuring these services are delivered efficiently and professionally across the organisation.

* Manage end to end recruitment including on boarding.
