Job Description:
Talentedge are actively recruiting for an immediately available Credit Controller for a leading Marketing Agency in the City of London for a 4mth fixed term contract paying £33-£35k pro rata. The role offers hybrid working- 3 days in the office per week.
Key responsibilities:
The role has responsibility of looking after debts in both the UK and the Middle East and will work alongside other credit controllers in the Group.
• Ensure payments are received according to contractual terms
• Forecasting of cash receipts (which is monitored against actual)
• Resolving account queries
• Preparing regular reports on debtor status
• Daily posting of all cash receipts
• Cash allocation
• Dispute resolution including managing any ensuing legal process once approved by the group finance director
Required skills & experience:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A minimum of 1 yrs credit control experience
* Ability to deal with senior management, staff at all levels and clients’ finance departments in a professional manner
* An organised, meticulous and self-disciplined approach
* Ability to work as an integral part of a team and to meet group and individual deadlines
