My client is an extremely well-respected multi-practice law firm based in Warwick that is looking for an NQ Court of Protection Solicitor to join its busy Health and Welfare team.
The Role
* You will be assisting the team in representing clients who lack capacity and who are applying to the court of protection
* You will be liaising with family members of clients as well as third parties to manage the affairs and wellbeing of clients
