Job Description:
Our Norwich based client is seeking an OD professional to join their People Team in a newly created role. They are looking for a creative and confident People Partner who has a specialist knowledge of the OD model and practices to work in partnership with their People Operations Team and to act as an expert in all aspects of OD including leadership and management, facilitation and cultural change management.

Working closely with the Head of HR, the People Partner will deliver and evaluate initiatives that continue to meet the needs of the organisation, including programmes linked to leadership/culture change and which support transformation, change and continuous improvement.

As a CIPD (or equivalent) qualified People Partner with strong stakeholder management skills, you will have a proven track record of delivering multiple interventions across a broad audience simultaneously. The ability to interpret data and provide meaningful analysis, and to effectively feedback and provide recommendations is essential. A specific OD Practitioner Certification would be advantageous.

This is a key time to join the organisation as they have been on a transformation journey over the past couple of years, making great strides towards adapting to organisational requirements and establishing and embedding a collaborative ethos. As the People Partner for OD, this role will play a key part in continuing that journey.

Our client offers hybrid working with at least 2 days office based.
