An innovative client of ours based in Loughborough, needs an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their finance team. The role is required for someone who can commit to a long-term contract and who can be a valued member of the team. As this will be a stand-alone AP role, they need someone who has great experience, confidence and to be knowledgeable within their role.
Main responsibilities include:
* Processing a high volume of purchase invoices through 3-way matching and following process and procedure.
* Processing invoices in multiple currencies
* Managing and reviewing all invoice queries in a timely manner
* Managing Accounts Payable email inbox
* Reconciliation
* Setting up new supplies
* Working alongside other member of the finance Team i.e: Finance supervisor, Senior finance administrator.
* Any other ad hoc duties
Ideal candidate:
* Experienced within an Accounts Payable role.
* Experienced working within a small finance team
* Having attention to detail
* Experienced working in a busy, pressured environment
* Working with multiple currencies would be advantageous.
