Senior Accounts Administrator - Assistant Accountant - all-round finance / accounts administration for an £8mil turnover growing construction and design SME.
Hybrid working based in the London Office in Waterloo 3-4 days per week (5 days month 1)- this is a role for a seasoned Accounts Administrator who can provide support to the finance and engineering teams! This is an all-action, get stuck in SME finance support role. You’ll need to be a great communicator and multi-tasker who can provide Accounts Assistance the Finance Director but also the Engineering team. Experience in similar engineering / design industries will be a plus, but this is a great role for a seasoned accounts admin looking to get involved in an SME business.
We’re looking for:
* Experience of Quickbooks
* High level of accuracy and ability to check own work
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Great communication skills
* Ability to manage own workload
* 5+ years of experience
The Role:
* Managing invoicing including creating and sending invoices; raising credit notes if required and maintaining an invoicing forecast.
* Managing purchase and debt ledgers, including contacting clients to agree payment dates etc
* Setting up new clients, external consultants and suppliers on internal systems
* Assisting with data analysis Managing expenses
