PageGroup are delighted to support a successful manufacturing business based in Melton Mowbray with the appointment of a HR Manager to join a busy HR function.
Due to the nature of this sector, this role is fully office based working.
Description
Reporting to a HR Director and overseeing a small HR function, the role of HR Manager will support with full end to end lifecycle at this busy manufacturing organisation.
This will include but not limited to:
* Directing and overseeing all HR initiatives in alignment with the company’s goals.
* Support the HR Director with developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Dealing with a wide range of employee relations cases
* Supporting with recruitment
* Guide and advise stakeholder on HR policies and procedures
* Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
* Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
* Supervision of a small HR team.
Profile
Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar HR Manager role.
Alternatively, you maybe a proven HR Advisor/Senior Advisor looking for your first step into a HR Manager role.
