Salary/ Rate: £92.11 - £100 per day

A specialist school in the Tooting area who are seeking to appoint a dynamic and passionate Teaching Assistant to join their team in promoting education and empowering their KS1 children on a full-time basis.

You will use play-based learning in the classroom which will provide plenty of opportunity to bring your creative flair into the classroom!
Classroom Assistant roles and responsibilities:
· Encouraging pupils to engage with classroom activities
· Run targeted interventions - support students on a 1:1 and small group basis
· Supporting with sessions in spelling, phonics and writing
· Planning enrichment activities for the pupils
· To help in the preparation and organisation of the classroom resources
· To lead small group activities within a class as directed by the teacher
