* Location: Remote (70%) and Community-based (30%)
* Salary: Competitive, based on experience
We are seeking a dedicated Employer Engagement Consultant to promote and manage our Access to Work - Mental Health Support Service (MHSS). This role involves delivering webinars, workshops, and building strong relationships with employers and commissioners to generate referrals and support mental health in the workplace.
Day to Day of the role: * Promote MHSS through various methods including webinars, workshops, and networking.
* Develop and manage relationships with employers and referral organisations to increase referral volumes into MHSS.
* Collaborate with the commercial sales team to understand and integrate opportunities for wider sales.
* Accountable for the development and progression of embedded/surgery models.
* Deliver an ongoing programme of webinars and workshops to promote MHSS services.
* Work closely with the national operations manager and delivery team to transition referral pathways into operational delivery.
* Ensure employers are aware of the full portfolio of commercial products and services to drive increased sales.
* Support onboarding with customers as needed.
* Accurately report all activity and output, including the use of a CRM system for tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * Knowledge of mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.
* Proven ability to network and develop leads.
* Experience of achieving and exceeding sales and commercial targets.
* Extensive experience in customer relationship development.
* Commitment to customer care.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills.
* Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage conflicting objectives.
* Ability to plan and organise to meet targets and deadlines.
* Problem-solving skills and a strong team player.
* Flexibility and a positive approach to work and colleagues.
* Ability to travel independently nationally.
* Capability to deliver training to a diverse audience.
