Role: Family Solicitor

Salary: Up to £48,000 (dependent on experience)

Position Overview: The firm is seeking a Family Solicitor with 0 to 4 years PQE to manage a diverse and stimulating caseload. The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep passion for family law and possess the skills to provide empathetic, professional, and effective legal support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling a broad range of family law matters including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, and domestic violence cases.
* Offering expert legal advice and representation to clients.
* Drafting legal documents and correspondence with precision.
* Representing clients in court hearings and proceedings.
* Negotiating settlements and agreements effectively.
* Keeping abreast of changes and developments in family law.
* Building and nurturing strong client relationships.
* Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to deliver comprehensive legal services.
Candidate Requirements:
* A qualified Solicitor with 0-4 years PQE in Family Law.
* Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently.
* Robust negotiation and advocacy capabilities.
* Competence in working independently and within a team environment.
