The owner of a vibrant Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a client facing Quantity Surveyor who can lead projects with support from his team in West London.
The Quantity Surveyor’s role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will take on a mixture of impressive, top end, private residential and student accommodation projects - providing pre and post cost management services.
The successful Quantity Surveyor shall also work closely with clients, becoming a key contact for them. Hence the need for strong communication skills.

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 plus package and flexible working
