Curve Club is looking for a Senior Event Lead who will manage the end to end process of running events. This role will set the hospitality standard for service in our venue and is responsible for delivering the highest level of customer experience.. This role reports into the Head of Operations. We’re looking for someone to start as soon as possible.. . Responsibilities:. - Monitor and manage the event inbox daily. - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. - Address client questions and concerns. - Maintain detailed records of client communications .
