Youre a great fit if you:. - Have a proven track record in tender writing and bid management.. - Extensive experience in referrals.. - Experience of development, maintenance and conversion of the pipeline to grow occupancy.. - Strong commissioner relationships (understanding how to engage with commissioners effectively and best understand their needs).. - Experience in coaching and leading a team.. - Are Knowledgeable and experienced in the Children and Young Peoples sector.. - Ability to travel as required to meet business needs. . It is desirable if you also have:. - Experience of Mergers and Acquisitions would be beneficial. - Understanding of Business Development related Marketing. .
