Youre a great fit if you:. - Have experience in the care sector, ideally working with young people.. - Hold a Level 5 Health & Social Care diploma (or equivalent).. - Have or have held an OFSTED registration.. - Have working knowledge of quality assurance and regulatory frameworks (specifically Ofsted).. - Thrive in a multi-site environment and excel at communication (both written and verbal).. - Master digital systems and have a knack for data analysis.. - Willingness for regular travel and overnight stays.. .
