Team Leadership and Management: . - Act as the Managers support, ensuring the home aligns with our values and standards in their absence. . - Provide guidance and leadership to the team, aiding in their professional development and individual growth. . - Oversee colleague management, including appraisals, supervision, and training adherence. . - Manage health and safety protocols, risk assessments, and ensure all necessary training is completed. . . We require a Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce qualification for this role. . You will need at least 1 years experience of Senior Support Work in a Childrens Residential setting. . .
