This role is essential for ensuring the seamless operation of their IT systems, providing support to legal professionals and administrative staff alike.
IT Technician
Glasgow City Centre/Onsite
£30,000 - £35,000
Main Duties:
* Provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal staff across various departments.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
* Maintain and manage the firm’s IT infrastructure.
* Assist in the execution and management of IT projects.
* Monitor and enhance IT security measures to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
* Support office equipment, including PCs, laptops, and printers.
Tech Stack:
* Windows Server and Active Directory
* Office 365 administration
* Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP)
* Hardware troubleshooting and repair
* Virtualization technologies (Hyper-V/VMWare)
* Legal-specific software and document management systems
* Software deployment and patch management
