Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be a Conveyancing Fee-Earner, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, Conveyancer, or Property Solicitor with several years of experience managing a diverse Conveyancing caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a caseload consisting of Sales, Purchases, Leasehold, Freehold, Re-Mortgage, And Transfer of Equity transactions
* Utilising assistance and a case management system to handle tasks efficiently
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience in a busy Residential Conveyancing Department
* Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload from start to finish
* Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently
* A collaborative team player
