Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our Global Residential Development Sales Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all interested applicants from both our own marketing efforts and those buyers referred to us by other international offices and third party contacts.
In addition to qualifying the leads, educating them on the buying process and progressing their interest in a project, the chosen candidate would also be required to support any on-site project sales team.

Team Overview:
The Global Residential Development Sales and Marketing team is a small and friendly team, comprising both sales and marketing specialists and closely linked with our Global Residential Development Consultancy colleagues.
Our team is uniquely positioned at the centre of the sales structure – reporting to our developer and investor clients, working with our local associates and international network, managing partnerships with branding, marketing and media agencies and communicating directly with international applicants about our projects.
Recruitment agencies
Savills only pay agency fees where we have a signed agreement in place and that agency has been previously contacted and directed by a member of our recruitment team. We do not pay agency fees when speculative and unsolicited CVs are submitted to Savills or any of our employees other than via our careers website and through our recruitment process.
