Job Description:
Locum Physiotherapist Band 6
Location: Southeastern England
Area: AHP (Allied Health Professionals)
Position: Physiotherapist Band 6
About the Role:
Department: Therapy Inpatients
Grade: Band 6
Contract Type: 3 months initially
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to inpatients in various settings.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
* Educate and advise patients and their families on injury prevention and rehabilitation.
* Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in line with departmental policies.
* Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to service development.
Essential Qualifications:
* Relevant Degree in Physiotherapy.
* HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) Registration.
* Proven experience in an inpatient setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Experience in NHS Setup preferred.
* Postgraduate training or certification in specialized physiotherapy techniques.
