Account Handler
* Up to £30,000 basic salary

* Location: Hybrid Remote (2 days office - Neston, 3 days home)
* Hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm (5pm finish on Friday)

This role is offered on a hybrid working basis with 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office based in Neston.

Key duties and responsibilities for this Account Handler position:
* Answer telephone enquiries
* Take information in order to provide a quotation
* Liaise with Insurers and product providers
* Provide quotations to clients
* Arrange cover for clients
* Chase clients for documentation
* Check policy documentation before sending to clients
* Take details and process mid-term alterations
* Chase clients for premiums
* Prepare renewal documents and send to clients
* Provide new business quotations to prospective clients.
